Alice Merton – “Vertigo”
A few years ago, we fell in love completely with a track called “No Roots”. With this introduction, we as well as the entire world were exposed to the exceptional talent of Alice Merton. Her ability to produce one compelling banger after another is unmatched. The German artist even gained a spot as a judge on her home country’s version of The Voice. Without any sign of slowing down, “Vertigo” is yet another solid track that will make you move in unexpected ways. The video goes for broke with the same grandeur. A dystopian backdrop finds the artist in battle and we are here for every single moment of it. If you like large sounds and rapid fire lyrics that will stick to your brain and vocal chords, then give this a few spins. It’s damn good.
