3 Unique and Fresh Acts For Everyone

Bird Concerns – “Distance”

“Distance” beautifully captures the essence of California. The band have the harmonies and indie rock chops to play to the western desert wasteland. We especially love the guitar solo that pretty much solidified our love for the band. This particular track reminded us a little of Wilco, but strangely enough, we wouldn’t necessarily put them in the same genre. Both acts however, craft a great melody and have a pop infused way of songwriting, regardless of their sound. “Distance” is a great introduction to a new favorite act.

Kalin – “Rousseau”

If you dig dreamy indie pop tracks, then stop what you are doing immediately. Kalin crafts fun tracks that make you want to both dance, as well as kick it poolside. The artist definitely shows his ability to play a variety of instruments on the textured “Rousseau”. Fans of Tame Impala and Mac DeMarco will undoubtedly find a kindred spirit in Kalin. We are looking forward to tracks like this soundtracking our summer.

Caoilfhionn Rose – “Fireflies”

Here is a perfect example of how a music video can enhance a great song. Creating an otherworldly environment, the artist shows what sets her apart from many of her peers in the industry. Vocally, it is a sheer pleasure to hear her. Soothing and affecting, the instrumentation adds a perfect amount of build to her expansive talent. The artist is working on her sophomore album, and we are increasingly excited to bring you more tracks from what is sure to be a stellar compilation of style and grace.
