Emmrose – “The Grass Was Greener”
If we were better writers, we might be able to describe the music of Emmrose with the beauty it deserves. Though, we do suspect that her talent and overall lovely songwriting is beyond adequate description. The young artist is already an indie veteran after starting in her teenage years. She cut her teeth in NYC clubs, and has crafted a well textured and transcendent sound that will resonate with fans of greats like Angel Olsen and Phoebe Bridgers. Her latest single is an introspective look for a better time, and given our current situation, it is both comforting and resounding.
