Jesse Roper – “Make it all work out”
-Southern rock is one of those genres that can be very appealing. The gospel overtones of the lead vocal, the blues core of the track, and the hopeful brilliance of the song’s energy really works for me on this one. The lead vocal in particular stood out from the crowd. If you’ve ever had the blues, you will relate to the lyrics on this one. Whether the emotion is sincere about hoping things “all work out” for the other person is in the ears of the beholder here. I definitely find this a fantastic track that fits the genre well.
