Andreas Kauffman – “Just a little out of reach”
-If you’re a fan of classic songwriting, you’ll like this new track from Andreas Kauffman. The easy comparison is to say something like the 60s Beach Boys comes through here, but really I find it more comparable to artists like Adam Melchor writing in this style in the 21st century. I love the combination of “pop” elements with a classic easy going rock energy as well. The harmonies are great and the fun little half-step melody progressions give it a real fun loving vibe. If you’ve ever felt frustrated and sad by being rejected in a relationship but still somehow had a pep in your step, this song will feel quite endearing.
