Hideyuki Hashimoto – “Maru” (Solo at Fluss)
-The peaceful style of Hashimoto’s piano work is really nice. I can’t help but be impressed by the timeless quality here. Something about the piece feels very familiar, yet it does not seem to be mimicking any specific track. It reminds me of watching a documentary; there’s a calming yet moving style to the melody. I even sense a hint of gospel music here; it’s a remarkable tune and I hope it lifts your spirit today.
