Team Love – “Limelight”
-It’s always a good day when my co-editor Matt says “this one’s for you.” He knows what I like and it’s always a tasty folk tune like this one from Team Love. I was really happy to hear the joy in this song. Everything from the earthy tones in the vocals to mixture of strings (guitars, piano, and fiddle) all work toward something that feels quite comfortable and enjoyable. The whole composition is fun and folksy.
