As I write this, there’s a soft early December snow falling. I’m not sure if my kids and I will get to build a snowman from this one, but we definitely will at some point this winter.
This track takes on a different take when it comes to the sweetness of winter chill. Focusing more on a romantic relationship, the song brings forth an engaging duo vocal and pop country production that will find a lot of crossover appeal. It reminds me of the kind of song that would go well in a playlist of “songs to listen to by the fireplace.” Miles has a quality vocal and the songwriting feels like modern Nashville. It’s sure to find some fans among our faithful.
