I love this jammin’ song from Sam Burchfield. “Accidentally Cute” is exactly the kind of sultry and sweet song that soul is all about. The horns are absolutely fantastic and Burchfield’s vocals are on point.
If you don’t like this song, you probably have never been to Beale Street, Motown, or Hitsville. This is classic American soul music. The lyrics are just saucy enough to keep you coming back for more and the beat will have you dancing the night away. Put this on rotation with Allen Stone and St. Paul and the Broken Bones for that sizzling new soul sound.
