Today is a folk day on Free Music Friday! We’re featuring a couple great sounding folk bands, one from Savannah, GA and one from Vancouver, BC. Free, as always.
Centuries Old
Centuries Old is a five piece folk band of students from Georgia Southern University and they are making some really beautiful music. This debut EP, awesomely titled Through the Monocle, is sure to be something that you’ll have a hard time not listening to on repeat.
The Tourist Company
This is the debut album from The Tourist Company, Brother, Wake Up. This album is a cohesive album that sounds a little like stuff that we’re used to, but with a unique twist and one that has us excited to hear more from them. Enjoy!
