Ally Evenson – “Bite My Tongue”
There is something special here. Ally Evenson is an introspective songwriter who seems to be able to construct emotive tracks with relative ease. “Bite My Tongue” is taken from a personal and traumatic life event, but turned into a rising anthemic and powerful track. The build and ultimate near combustible finale reminded us of Phoebe Bridgers. We think this is a good comparison only to best understand the caliber of songwriter we are speaking of. Evenson has a talent that stands on her own and will continue to be a force of art to pay attention to.
